We are delighted to be supporting this wonderful charity, based locally in Poole. Forest Holme provide invaluable support to those in our community affected by life-limiting illness or bereavement, either at home or in their dedicated hospice facility.
Forest Holme receive limited NHS funding, meaning they need to raise £1 million each year so that their team can deliver the highest level of care, when and where it counts.
